以OpenGL为基础介绍了一种新颖的虚拟样机设计方法,该方法可运用于机器人工作原理阐述和运行工况展示,对于机器人结构设计和系统优化具有极大的促进作用。并以此方法结合CAD建模和VC++编程技术开发出PJR-2X型喷浆机器人虚拟样机系统,解决了在OpenGL中复杂模型的建立问题。
Based on OpenGL, a novel design method of virtual prototyping is introduced. The method can be applied to the description of working principle of robots and the display of operating conditions, which greatly promotes the structural design and system optimization of robots. In this way, the PJR-2X spray robot virtual prototyping system is developed by combining CAD modeling and VC ++ programming technology, which solves the problem of establishing complex models in OpenGL.
