目的 :观察血府逐瘀汤对缺血再灌注致大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用结扎大鼠冠状动脉心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,观察血府逐瘀汤对血清乳酸脱氢酶、磷酸肌酸激酶、羟丁酸脱氢酶与谷草转氨酶等的影响 ;对心电图ST段及对心肌病变程度的影响。结果 :血府逐瘀汤喂饲的结扎大鼠血清中各种酶均呈下降趋势 ,除高剂量组血府逐瘀汤的谷草转氨酶外 ,其他各种酶均显著降低 ;低、高剂量组结扎大鼠ST段抬高的程度呈下降显著 ,细胞变性坏死程度明显较轻。结论 :血府逐瘀汤对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠具有显著的防护作用。
Objective : To observe the protective effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on myocardial injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion in rats. METHODS: The effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the serum lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase, hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and aspartate aminotransferase were observed in the rat model of ischemia and reperfusion. And the impact of myocardial lesions. RESULTS: All the enzymes in the serum of rats fed with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction showed a decreasing trend. Except for the aspartate aminotransferase of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in high dose group, all other enzymes decreased significantly; low and high dose groups. The degree of ST-segment elevation was significantly decreased in ligation rats, and the degree of cell degeneration and necrosis was significantly lighter. Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu decoction has significant protective effect on rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
