笔者于1994年2月28日至3月18日参加了在瑞典举办的’94国际设备维修高级研讨班。该研讨班是由瑞典投资和技术资助委员会(BITS)主办,瑞典管理集团(Management Groupe)承办的。来自18个发展中国家(主要是南美、非洲、亚洲)的学员共28人参加了学习。学员的行业分布为电力、钢铁、化工、交通、轻工等,以及政府主管部门。
The author participated in the ’94 International Workshop on Advanced Equipment Maintenance held in Sweden from February 28 to March 18, 1994. The seminar was hosted by the Swedish Investment and Technology Funding Committee (BITS) and hosted by Management Groupe. A total of 28 participants from 18 developing countries (mainly South America, Africa and Asia) attended the study. Trainees are distributed in industries such as electricity, steel, chemicals, transportation, light industry, etc., as well as government departments.
