社会是否和谐,国家能否实现长治久安,很大程度上取决于全体社会成员的思想道德素质。没有良好的道德规范,是无法实现和谐社会的。现在职业学校的德育工作越来越受到严峻的考验,学生知识差、思想偏激,家庭状况复杂,他们对事物的看法缺乏判断和控制,往往会做出一些令人头疼的事情,让老师们感到压力很大,要实现这样的目标,老师们的眼前是一片茫然。我在职业教育的德育工作中,也体会到了工作的难度。但我认识到学生毕竟是孩子,他们也有脆弱的一面,也需要家长、老师和社会的认可,更需要我们教育工作者的正确引导。特别是在德育工作的方法上,我们不妨从身边的小事做起,鼓励学生自我控制、自我选择、自我判断、自我评价,自我教育,从而实现德育的目标。 Whether society is harmonious or not and whether the country can achieve lasting peace and long-term stability depends to a large extent on the ideological and ethical standards of all members of society.
