本文对桂林辖区出口食品生产企业实验室状况进行全面了解,并对形成该现状的原因作了分析,为提高企业的自检自控能力,应对国外以食品安全为名的技术性贸易壁垒,笔者认为食品实验室应提高食品安全意识、建立实验室质量管理体系、积极参加能力验证、加强培训等。
In this paper, a comprehensive understanding of the situation of laboratories of export food production enterprises in Guilin area was made and the reasons for the formation of the status quo were analyzed. In order to improve self-inspection self-control ability of enterprises and to deal with technical barriers to trade in the name of food safety in foreign countries, Laboratories should raise awareness of food safety, establish a laboratory quality management system, actively participate in capacity verification, and strengthen training.
