狂犬病是一种嗜神经病毒引起的人兽共患的急性传染病。患病后呈现极度神经兴奋直至全身衰竭麻痹而死亡。因其治疗困难,病死率高,堪称当今世界医学界一大难题。我院1987年至今,儿科共收治4例,经抢救最终因呼吸麻痹而死亡。现结合文献报告如下。患儿,男,10岁,学生,畏寒头痛3d加重伴怕水、流涎10h入院。患儿2月前被狂犬咬伤左下肢胫下1/3处,当时用酒精涂擦,5d伤口痂脱痊愈,入院前自觉伤口麻痒刺
