通过控制轧后冷却工艺参数的方法,研究了冷却工艺参数对建筑钢筋横截面组织、晶粒尺寸和常温力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过控制冷却工艺参数可以改变钢筋横截面晶粒尺寸,随着钢筋横截面距离边部距离的增加,钢筋的晶粒尺寸在不断增加;随着上冷床温度的升高,钢筋的屈强比逐渐升高;轧后快速冷却和轧后空冷的强屈比相当,但是前者的屈服强度和抗拉强度要高。 By controlling the cooling process parameters after rolling, the influence of cooling process parameters on the microstructure, grain size and mechanical properties at room temperature of reinforced concrete bars was studied. The results show that the grain size of the cross section of the steel bar can be changed by controlling the cooling process parameters. The grain size of the steel bar increases with the increase of the distance from the edge to the edge of the steel bar. With the increase of the temperature of the upper cooling bed, The yield ratio increased gradually; the rapid cooling after rolling and the post-rolling air-cooling were similar, but the former had higher yield strength and higher tensile strength.
