绘画艺术在南宋展现出的繁盛景象,不仅仅体现在传统的山水画方面,在人物风景画中的同样可以看到此时山水画的发展。如李唐的《采薇图》,不仅在构图上展示出突破性进展,笔墨也畅快自如,从此画中山水景色的描写中也可传达出南宋绘画的早期创作状态,而古今学者多对其中人物进行探讨而忽略了山水背景的开拓性意义,在此文中对《采薇图》作出浅析以探讨南宋山水画“水墨刚劲”一派的渊源。
