1 适宜栽培时间在我省大部分地区栽培金针菇的最好季节是每年秋末至初冬,即9月中旬至11月上中旬。人防地道可终年栽培。2 配方和配制方法①玉米芯78%、麦麸(玉米粉、细米糠)20%、石膏1%、过磷酸钙1%;②玉米芯40%～50%、棉籽壳40%～50%、过磷酸钙1%、米糠(或麦麸)10%、石膏1%。将无霉变的玉米芯粉碎成玉米粒大小,投入水池内浸泡24 h 后捞出,滤去多余的水分,加上其它辅料,使培养料的含水量达65%左右。
