对铅作业工人92名、镉作业工人50名和正常对照人员90名进行了红细胞嘧啶5'-核苷酸酶(P5N)活性测定。结果表明:铅接触组P5N活性范围为8.61±2.55μmol/Hb·g/h,明显低于镉接触组和正常对照组,且在性别和不同工龄方面分析均无显著性差异。说明P5N活性对铅具有较强的特异性,建议将红细胞P5N活性测定作为预防、诊断、治疗职业性铅接触者的特异性指标。
92 workers of lead, 50 workers of cadmium and 90 workers of normal control were assayed for the activity of erythrocyte 5’-nucleotidase (P5N). The results showed that the range of P5N activity of lead exposure group was 8.61 ± 2.55μmol / Hb · g / h, which was significantly lower than that of cadmium exposure group and normal control group. There was no significant difference in gender and length of service. P5N activity shows that the lead has a strong specificity, it is recommended to determine the activity of P5N red blood cells as a precautionary, diagnostic, treatment of occupational lead exposure in patients with specific indicators.
