WHO推荐对多菌型和少菌型麻风患者用利福平(RFP)600mg每月1次(合并氨苯砜或氨苯砜和氯苯吩嗪——摘者注)治疗.据报告超敏反应如“流感”综合征和肾功能衰竭与RFP间歇或中断治疗有关.关于RFP引起间质性肾炎且以后发生肾功能衰竭的报告已超过50例.本文报告1例麻风病人用RFP治疗引起急性肾功能衰竭.
WHO recommends treatment of patients with multi-bacteria and leprosy leprosy with rifampicin (RFP) 600 mg once monthly (with dapsone or dapsone and cloprofen-prazosin).
