文章结合简化太极拳教学特点,对在教学中讲解、演练动作攻防含义的教学效果作了比较性研究,并从生理和心理的角度探讨了其在教学实践中的有效作用,得出结论:讲解、演练攻防动作在简化太极拳教学中具有较强的可行性。
