对于目前智能配水技术,传统配水器均需要对井下机构实行反复地投捞作业,这样不仅会增加工程作业的成本,同时还很耗时费力,尤其在井下机构结垢和腐蚀以后,使其不能很好地进行投捞作业,以致于施工周期大延长。本文笔者就某油田所引进的井下压控开关智能配水技术进行研究和分析,在不动管柱的条件下,在地面上实现开、关井控制和井下调配工作,相对于常规的分注工艺而言,其能够有效地减少调试的费用以及投捞水嘴的工作量,具有施工周期短、安全可靠、操控方便以及成本等特点,提高了分注的效果。

Compared with the conventional dispensing technology , It can effectively reduce the commissioning costs and the workload of dredging tap, which has the advantages of short construction period, safety and reliability, convenient operation and cost, and improves the dispensing effect.
