通篮球运动属于技能主导类同场对抗性项群,它不仅要求运动员有出色的技、战术能力,对运动员的体能也有很高的要求。在训练和比赛的过程中,为了进攻得分或者防止对方得分,篮球运动员之间有大量的身体接触和身体对抗,这样无疑增加了运动员受伤的风险。本文结合篮球运动员运动损伤特点、原因及其运动损伤的康复原则,针对性的给出了常见损伤康复训练的方案以及伤病防治的建议,为运动员和教练员提供参考,以利于篮球运动员运动伤病的防治。
