知识螺旋理论为知识管理理论的发展与完善奠定了基础,有效的知识管理又为图书馆的进一步发展奠定基础。本文从知识螺旋理论的四种转化模式出发,阐述了社会化模式、外在化模式、结合化模式与内在化模式图书馆知识管理中的应用,以达到图书馆知识管理过程中知识的学习、传播、转化和创新,最终实现图书馆知识竞争力的不断提升。
Knowledge spiral theory laid the foundation for the development and improvement of knowledge management theory, and effective knowledge management laid the foundation for the further development of the library. Based on the four transformation modes of knowledge spiral theory, this paper expounds the application of socialization mode, externalization mode, combination mode and internalization mode of library knowledge management, in order to achieve the knowledge learning in library knowledge management, Disseminate, transform and innovate, and ultimately realize the continuous improvement of the library’s knowledge competitiveness.
