Yunnan and Guizhou are located in the southwestern part of China with vast territory and a large number of original ecological dyeing and weaving techniques and cultures. From the first list of intangible cultural heritage announced by China in 2006, four batches have been issued by July 2017. Based on the list of the four batches of provincial and national intangible cultural heritage promulgated by the state, this paper adopts
