七十年代初国外建立了促甲状腺激素释放激素(TRH)的放射免疫测定方法,八十年代初国内也开展了血清 TRH 放射免疫测定的研究工作,但迄今尚未广泛应用于临床,有关文献资料很少。本文观察了 Graves’病和原发性甲低病人的血消 TRH 水平及其治疗后的变化。
In the early seventies of the establishment of foreign thyroid stimulating hormone releasing hormone (TRH) radioimmunoassay, the early eighties also carried out domestic TRH radioimmunoassay research, but so far has not been widely used in clinical, the relevant literature is very less. This article examines the Graves’ disease and primary hypothyroidism in patients with blood TRH levels and changes after treatment.
