一、政府注重高技术企业的发展 巴西政府于1951年始建中央一级的科技管理机构,统一协调全国的科技研究与发展,迄今已历经四个发展时期。1985年成立科技部,巴西科技发展的第四个时期也旋即开始,并逐步制定发展高新技术产业发展计划。
I. Government Paying Attention to the Development of High-tech Enterprises The Brazilian government started the construction of a science and technology management institution at the central level in 1951 and unifiedly coordinated the research and development of science and technology throughout the country. It has gone through four stages of development so far. In 1985, the Ministry of Science and Technology was established. The fourth phase of the development of science and technology in Brazil started immediately and the development plan for high and new technology industries was gradually formulated.
