目前,随着高校管理重心不断向二级学院倾斜,二级学院已经成为高校开展各项工作的重要载体。二级学院的党政联席会议成为学院议事、决策的主要途径和手段。构建有群众路线特色的高校二级学院党政联席会议机制是新时期二级学院科学决策、民主管理、推进高校内涵式发展的重要手段和有效途径。本文从当前高校二级学院党政联席会议机制存在的问题入手,以群众路线思想为指导,提出完善高校二级学院党政联席会议机制的思路和对策。
At present, with the continuous focus of university administration to the secondary school, secondary school has become an important carrier for colleges and universities to carry out various tasks. The second-level college party and government joint conference has become the college’s major ways and means of making decisions. The mechanism of the party-government joint meeting of the second-level colleges and universities with the characteristics of the mass line is an important means and an effective way for scientific decision-making, democratic management and promotion of the connotative development of the higher schools in the new era. This article starts with the existing problems of the mechanism of the party-government joint meeting at the second-level college and takes the idea of the mass line as guidance to put forward the ideas and countermeasures to perfect the mechanism of the party-government joint meeting at the second-level college.
