草头并不是江南出产的本地食材,而是张骞千里迢迢从西域带来的,书名:苜蓿。草头在中国落户已经有2000多年。这种见风长的三叶小草是旧时平民的重要营养来源,也是风雅之士精心烹制的小鲜,如今则是江南地区家家户户的健康美食。与其他鲜品不同,草头生命力极强,在江南地区,田间地头,三四月,一碧万顷。在这个时节吃到鲜嫩的野生草头是一种可以轻易实现的乐趣。
