现代社会的发展,经济形势发生了剧烈的变化,各个企业均在进行深化改革,报社作为十分重要的企业的之一,其性质有了本质的改变,从传统的事业单位转变为一般的企业,其他传媒企业的发展,使得报社面对着巨大的市场竞争压力,需要在各个方面强化管理。思想政治工作是报社管理人员的重要工作内容之一,其特点随着社会条件的变化而不断更新,以人为本也成为了现代企业的主流原则。本文简单的分析了报社以人为本思想政治工作体系的构建,为报社的管理人员提升工作水平提供一定的参考与借鉴。
In the development of modern society, the economic situation has undergone drastic changes. All enterprises are carrying out deepening reforms. The newspaper office, as one of the most important enterprises, has undergone fundamental changes in its nature, transforming itself from a traditional public institution into a general enterprise, The development of other media enterprises makes the newspaper face huge market competition pressure and needs to strengthen management in all aspects. Ideological and political work is one of the important work contents of the newspaper’s management staff. Its characteristics are constantly updated with the changes of social conditions. People-oriented has also become the mainstream principle of modern enterprises. This article simply analyzes the construction of newspaper people-oriented ideological and political work system and provides some reference and reference for newspaper managers to improve their working level.
