特殊教育学校教师以听障、智障、视障等残疾学生为教育对象,其工作复杂、艰辛而又繁重。由于人们对特教工作或多或少存在着不理解、不尊重倾向,很大一部分特教教师对自己的职业有一种自卑感,以至于给工作带来负面影响。如何提升特教教师幸福感,让他们心情舒畅,并以饱满的精神状态投入到教育教学工作中去,是一个值得认真思考的问题。笔者从事特教管理多年,感触良多,下面提几点粗浅的看法。一、积极宣传国家关于特殊教育的好政策
