Real estate investment trusts (REITs), refractory for many years, are expected to take place recently and may take the form of public offerings. China Securities Regulatory Commission has completed the feasibility study and preparation for the launch of REITs and will release the relevant rules for public comment on the draft. Based on the experience and lessons learned from the development of securities investment funds in our country, combined with R EITs in other countries and regions, the regulators will supervise asset requirements, structural design and the responsibilities of participating parties.
