分析了电梯监控对象电路方面一些共性的特点,构建了以CAN总线为通信方式,以DSP为主要检测与控制的监控硬件系统,并在此基础上列举了基于CAN总线与DSP的典型接口电路的设计。电梯监控系统是指对某个区域安装的多部电梯运行状况进行监控、故障报警,并对这些电梯实行实时信息采集、存储、分析与反馈。其目的是对电梯数据进行远程监控、故障处理与排除,节省人力资源和运营管理成本,使得电梯能够安全、方便和快捷地运行,并根据这些信息对电梯的运行性能进行评估。随着电梯数量的上升和电梯事故的日益频繁,电梯监控系统的重要性和必要性越来越突出。
This paper analyzes some general characteristics of the monitoring circuit of the elevator, builds a monitoring hardware system which takes CAN bus as the communication mode and DSP as the main detection and control system, and on this basis lists the typical interface circuit based on CAN bus and DSP design. Elevator monitoring system is to monitor the operation of a number of elevators installed in an area, fault alarm, and real-time information collection, storage, analysis and feedback of these elevators. Its purpose is to remotely monitor, troubleshoot and eliminate elevator data, save on human resources and operation and management costs, and make the elevator run safely, conveniently and quickly, and evaluate the operation performance of the elevator according to the information. With the increase of the number of elevators and the increasing frequency of elevator accidents, the importance and necessity of the elevator monitoring system have become more and more prominent.
