目的总结分析超声用于乳腺导管内癌(DCIS)的特点,讨论超声用于临床诊断的实用价值。方法对21例乳腺导管内癌拍摄超声,将所得图像与病理诊断结合,对所得结果进行分析。结果通过超声分析,将乳腺导管内癌分为导管扩张型、局限性腺体增厚型、实性低回声结节型、混合回声型;钙化灶在肿块内可成散在或密集分布,有的可以接收到高阻力频谱血流信号。结论通过超声,我们可以将乳腺导管内癌的形态清晰地展现出来,对该病诊断有很大的辅助作用,应在临床上推广使用,部分图像不明显,则结合其他检查来确诊。
Objective To summarize and analyze the characteristics of intraductal carcinoma (DCIS) by using ultrasound and discuss the practical value of ultrasound in clinical diagnosis. Methods Twenty-one cases of intraductal carcinomas of the breast were ultrasonographed and the resulting images were combined with pathological diagnosis. The results were analyzed. Results Ultrasound analysis of the intraductal carcinoma divided into duct dilatation, localized gland thickening, solid hypoechoic nodular, mixed echo type; calcification in the mass can be scattered or densely distributed, and some Can receive high resistance spectrum blood flow signal. Conclusion Ultrasound, we can clearly show the morphology of intraductal carcinoma, the diagnosis of the disease has a great supporting role, should be widely used in clinical practice, some of the images is not obvious, combined with other tests to confirm.
