本文选择最常使用的40Cr钢,系统研究了淬火温度和加热时间对钢经调质后机械性能的影响,并进行了相应的组织研究,对所提出的问题获得了进一步的认识。
In this paper, the most commonly used 40Cr steel was selected to systematically study the influence of quenching temperature and heating time on the mechanical properties of steel after quenching and tempering. The corresponding microstructures were studied and the problems raised were further recognized.
