目前,注水工艺已贯穿整个油田开发的始终,对油田增产、增效起着关键性的作用。注水井管柱往往受到腐蚀介质及环境的影响,常出现腐蚀穿孔、结垢等现象,影响注水能力、增加注水能耗,影响油田的正常生产。因此,注水井管柱防腐工作就变的尤为重要。本文通过分析注水井管柱及井下工具腐蚀的几种主要原因,对其提出合理的有效的防治措施,对油田开发高效运转具有重要意义。
At present, the water injection process has been throughout the development of the oilfield from beginning to end, which plays a key role in increasing production and increasing efficiency of the oilfield. Water injection well strings are often affected by the corrosive media and the environment, and often appear corrosion perforation, scaling and other phenomena, affecting water injection capacity, increase water injection energy consumption, affecting the normal production of the oil field. Therefore, the injection well pipe column preservation work becomes more important. In this paper, by analyzing several main reasons for the corrosion of pipe string and downhole tools in water injection wells, it is of great significance to put forward reasonable and effective prevention and control measures for it.
