本文综合考虑加工、制造、精度控制、通用性等方面,对预制预应力圆筒基础(PPC基础)进行了全方位的研制。PPC基础模板预制混凝土单元环是PPC基础成功应用的关键,采用能够工厂化预制的混凝土单元环,在现场使用预应力锚栓将单元环拼装成圆筒基础,可以有效节约现场的施工周期,减少基础制造能耗。PPC基础模板具有结构安全、加工便利、操作简便、尺寸精度高和通用性强等优点,为加快国家土建工业化发展、推进PPC基础的应用提供了有力保障。
