旅游业已然成为我国第三产业的支柱产业之一,旅游服务质量不仅直接关于旅游者的旅游产品体验感受,还间接反映了旅行社的旅游服务水平,更成为关乎我国旅游发展的重要因素。导游人员在旅游服务质量中起着至关重要的作用,为调动导游人员的工作积极性,促进旅游业的可持续发展,本文从旅游企业、政府、旅游行业、旅游者这几大主体出发,探讨了提高旅游服务质量的解决措施。
Tourism has become one of the pillar industries of the tertiary industry in our country. The quality of tourism service not only directly experiences tourists’ experience of tourism products, but also directly reflects the tourism service level of travel agencies, and becomes an important factor concerning the development of tourism in our country. Tour guides play an important role in the quality of tourism service. In order to arouse the enthusiasm of tour guides and promote the sustainable development of tourism, this paper starts from the main bodies of tourism enterprises, government, tourism industry and tourists To improve the quality of tourism services to solve the problem.
