Using TiO2 nanoparticle film as carrier for β-cyclodextrin immobilization, β-cyclodextrin can be immobilized on the surface of piezoelectric quartz crystal with a capacity of 4 μg cm2. Beta cyclodextrin TiO2 nanoparticle film-based piezoelectric sensor for benzene, toluene, nitrobenzene, chlorobenzene, o-xylene, m xylene, p-xylene gas detection response time of 1min, the detection limit can be as low as 4 0ng ml.
