探讨添加CPAM及CMC对粉煤灰纤维/植物纤维复合纸强度的影响,同时对粉煤灰纤维在纸页中的留着情况进行研究。结果表明:在添加量相同的条件下,CMC对纸张增强效果优于CPAM;在加入1.2%增强剂条件下,粉煤灰纤维可代替20%~30%的植物纤维;当粉煤灰纤维加填量为40%时,添加CPAM比添加CMC纸页的留着率高6.96%。
The effects of adding CPAM and CMC on the strength of fly ash / plant fiber composite paper were studied. At the same time, the retention of fly ash fiber in paper sheets was studied. The results showed that CMC had better effect on paper than CPAM under the same dosage condition. Fly ash fiber could replace 20% ~ 30% of plant fiber with 1.2% enhancer. When fly ash fiber plus At 40% loading, adding CPAM was 6.96% higher than that of adding CMC paper.
