哈萨克族传统医药的保护不得在实现公平的程度之上,而是自身的价值获得理应当保护和尊重的基点,也没有必要总是扮演弱者的角色寻求发达民族的怜悯为最终目标。鉴于此,为了使达到人类和谐,生态文明,体现其价值。解决好发展中多民族的融合,利用其知识产权法律制度保护的功效进一步把更多有益发展本土化法律的元素渗透到哈萨克族传统医药的知识产权保护当中。让哈萨克族人民的传统医药走出“牧区的毡房”走进“医院的药房”。
The protection of traditional Kazakh medicine should not be based on the attainment of fairness but on the basis that its own value should be protected and respected. It is also not necessary to always play the role of the weak to seek the ultimate goal of the developed nations. In view of this, in order to achieve human harmony, ecological civilization, reflecting its value. To solve the problem of the integration of multi-ethnic groups in development and to take advantage of the protection of the legal system of intellectual property, we should further infiltrate the elements of more beneficial localization laws into the protection of intellectual property of traditional Kazakh medicine. Let the Kazakh people’s traditional medicine out of the “animal husbandry Zhan ” into the “hospital pharmacy ”.
