一、引言 近年来,国内外已有大量资料确认,硼铸铁是一种优良的耐磨铸铁材料。且很多著名厂家都进行了充分研究和探讨。曾发表过很多专著和论文。我厂是生产条件较差的小型企业,从一九七八年开始,进行了单体浇铸硼铸铁汽车用活塞环的研制工作。 在实际生产条件下,进行硼铸铁化学成分的选择,金相组织的控制,室内进行快速模拟对比研磨,通过数据分析,调试配方,改进熔炼和浇注工艺,取得良好效果。一九八二年进行了环型设计改进,配以适当的加工工艺试制出解放牌汽车用硼铸铁活塞环,并将其成品环进行了装车试验。

In the actual production conditions, the selection of the chemical composition of boron cast iron, metallographic structure control, indoor rapid comparative simulation grinding, through data analysis, debugging formula, improve the melting and casting process, and achieved good results. In 1982, the ring design was improved and the boron cast iron piston ring for Jiefangbei Automobile was trial-produced with appropriate processing technology. The finished ring was loaded on the car.
