一、引言 近年来,国内外已有大量资料确认,硼铸铁是一种优良的耐磨铸铁材料。且很多著名厂家都进行了充分研究和探讨。曾发表过很多专著和论文。我厂是生产条件较差的小型企业,从一九七八年开始,进行了单体浇铸硼铸铁汽车用活塞环的研制工作。 在实际生产条件下,进行硼铸铁化学成分的选择,金相组织的控制,室内进行快速模拟对比研磨,通过数据分析,调试配方,改进熔炼和浇注工艺,取得良好效果。一九八二年进行了环型设计改进,配以适当的加工工艺试制出解放牌汽车用硼铸铁活塞环,并将其成品环进行了装车试验。 I.
