目的了解从事艾滋病(AIDS)防治工作医务人员对营养的认识、态度和需求。方法对云南省和四川省10名从事艾滋病防治工作的医务人员和卫生行政部门领导进行访谈。结果调查对象尽管认为营养对健康和艾滋病有积极的作用,但他们缺乏营养知识,并存在一些错误观念。医务人员希望通过书籍、电视、医务人员间培训交流、宣传画等途径了解营养方面的知识,并指出针对感染者和病人的营养宣传要长期反复、形式多样、内容通俗。结论应尽快开展针对医务人员的系统的营养宣传和培训,使他们成为营养知识的传播者。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude, and needs of nutrition for medical personnel engaged in AIDS prevention and control. Methods The interviews were conducted with 10 medical staff and leaders of health administrative departments engaged in AIDS prevention work in Yunnan Province and Sichuan Province. Results Although the survey respondents thought that nutrition had a positive effect on health and AIDS, they lacked nutritional knowledge and had some misconceptions. Medical staff hopes to learn about nutrition through books, television, training exchanges among medical staff, and posters, and points out that the nutrition advocacy for infected persons and patients needs to be repeated over a long period of time, in various forms, and in content. Conclusions Nutrition awareness and training for medical personnel should be carried out as soon as possible so that they become communicators of nutrition knowledge.
