为了验证轴向柱塞泵和液压缸这2种液压元件在海洋波浪能转换中的适用性,通过试验研究了轴向柱塞泵在极低转速条件下的工作性能,并对液压缸改造为液压泵使用时的工作性能进行了分析.结果表明:轴向柱塞泵在远离设计转速的工况下仍能保持较高的容积效率,并且在较大的压力变化范围内性能稳定;液压缸完全可以改造为液压泵使用,但在较高的运动速度下工作时,需保证液压缸进油顺畅.
In order to verify the applicability of two kinds of hydraulic components, axial piston pump and hydraulic cylinder, in ocean wave energy conversion, the working performance of axial piston pump under the conditions of very low rotational speed was studied through experiments. The performance of the hydraulic pump is analyzed.The results show that the axial piston pump can maintain a high volumetric efficiency under the conditions of far away from the design speed and has stable performance under a wide range of pressure changes.The hydraulic cylinder Can be transformed into a hydraulic pump can be used, but at higher speeds work, the need to ensure smooth cylinder into the oil.
