为了分析水利工程中大体积混凝土材料的非均质性和力学性质多样性的特点,应用随机数学方法建立了多组混凝土随机骨料模型。编写了在ANSYS二次开发基础上的FORTRAN程序。通过此程序对混凝土梁进行了3种工况的数值模拟。结果表明,(a)骨料位置的改变对混凝土材料的静、动强度影响很小。(b)加载类型的不同则能使其强度产生明显的差别,动强度总是高于静强度。(c)对于同一种混凝土模型来说,加载速率的不同会使其动强度大小不同。将所得结论与相关数值模拟和物理试验结果进行对比,发现该分析方法可以较好的模拟出荷载作用下混凝土材料的力学特性,具有较好的实用价值。
In order to analyze the heterogeneity and the diversity of mechanical properties of mass concrete in water conservancy project, random sets of random aggregate model of concrete are established by random mathematical method. Prepared FORTRAN program based on the secondary development of ANSYS. Through this procedure, three kinds of working conditions of concrete beam numerical simulation. The results show that (a) the change of aggregate location has little effect on the static and dynamic strength of concrete. (b) The difference in loading types leads to a significant difference in strength, which is always higher than the static strength. (c) For the same concrete model, the difference in loading rates results in a difference in the strength of the dynamic. Comparing the results with the related numerical simulation and physical experiment results, it is found that the analysis method can well simulate the mechanical properties of concrete under load and has good practical value.
