作为医院,只有制定和实施科学、合理的医院发展战略,才能在激烈的市场竞争中取得主动和领先优势。那么当前,医院应根据各自的现状和环境,制定面向新世纪的市场竞争战略;依托人事制度改革的人才开发战略;科技开发战略;后勤服务社会化战略等,并依照上述战略推动医院建设。但在医院发展战略的实施中要保证总体发展战略的连续性和稳定性,切忌朝今夕改。只有这样,才能通过制定医院发展战略促进医院全面发展。
As a hospital, only by formulating and implementing scientific and rational hospital development strategies can we gain initiative and leading edge in fierce market competition. So now, hospitals should formulate a market competition strategy for the new century based on their current status and environment; a talent development strategy that depends on personnel system reform; a science and technology development strategy; a logistics service socialization strategy, etc., and promote hospital construction in accordance with the above strategies. However, in the implementation of the hospital’s development strategy, it is necessary to ensure the continuity and stability of the overall development strategy and avoid making changes at night. Only in this way can hospitals develop in an all-round way through formulating hospital development strategies.
