王××,女,21岁,演员。1979年6月14日初诊。患者面部有色素沉着,自述别无它恙。询知其经来色紫,手心常有热感。舌质红,苔薄白,脉稍数。证属血分有热,络脉瘀滞。拟凉血祛瘀佐以理气为法。处方:当归12克,丹参30克,生地12克,丹皮9克,鸡血藤15克,赤白芍各9克,川芎6克,泽兰9克,坤草12克,苏桔梗各6克,香附9克,广皮9克,白芷3克,甘草3克。
Wang × ×, female, 21 years old, actor. Newly diagnosed on June 14, 1979. The patient’s face has pigmentation, and the self-report has no other blemishes. Asked to know its color, palms often have a sense of heat. Red tongue, thin white fur, slightly pulsed. The evidence is that the blood is hot and the collaterals are stagnant.
