The 4th Social Science Research Management Forum, co-sponsored by the Scientific Research Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Zhejiang Academy of Social Sciences and the editorial department of Social Science Management and Review, was held in Hangzhou on October 26-27, 2011.
