目前西过地区双驴头抽油机井毛辫子打扭井很多,不仅给测试工带来很大的困难,而且在上下冲程过程中,光杆带动采油树晃动,严重的磨损盘根,使盘根盒偏磨严重,不易加盘根。因此,如果解决毛辫子打扭问题,就会解决以上问题,将会给生产带来巨大经济效益和安全效应。本文通过分析双驴头抽油机井毛辫子打扭原因及目前现场采用解扭方法的利弊,提出了毛辫子打扭的改进方法和解决方案,即采用旋转式的毛辫子解扭器或者是固定式的解扭器解扭,防止打扭,同时也提出了目前不解扭同样可以安全测试的方法。
