目的探究护理管理中风险管理的应用体会。方法选取我院于2015年4月-2016年3月以及2016年3月-2016年12月收治的患者各380例,分别设为对照组与实验组,给予对照组患者常规护理措施,在常规护理措施基础上,给予实验组患者风险管理干预措施,对比两组患者的纠纷率以及患者满意度。结果实验组的护患纠纷发生率明显低于对照组,患者满意度明显优于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在护理工作中实施风险管理,可提高患者满意度,降低纠纷发生率,值得工作中大力推广。
Objective To explore the application of risk management in nursing management. Methods A total of 380 patients in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 and March 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the control group and the experimental group respectively. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures. Based on the nursing measures, risk management interventions were given to the experimental group patients, comparing the rate of dispute between the two groups of patients and patient satisfaction. Results The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The patients’ satisfaction was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The implementation of risk management in nursing can improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of disputes, and it is worth to vigorously promote the work.
