目的探讨细辛药材3个基源同等入药的遗传基础,汉城细辛和北细辛的分类位置及细辛药材分子鉴别的可能性。方法进行PCR扩增,扩增产物纯化,测序,然后结合国产其他细辛属植物的ITS序列进行分析。结果获得辽细辛、华细辛和汉城细辛的ITS和5.8SrDNA完整序列;细辛药材的3种原植物形成一个非常稳定的独立分支,其中北细辛和华细辛聚合成一个分支,汉城细辛形成另一个分支;3种细辛药材ITS序列有差异。结论细辛药材3个来源亲缘关系非常密切,它们相互替代入药是有遗传基础的,支持北细辛是库页细辛的变种,汉城细辛的分类位置未能确定,汉城细辛、北细辛和华细辛ITS序列之间的差异可用作分子鉴定的依据。
Objective To investigate the genetic basis for the equal use of three sources of Asarum, the classification positions of Asarum and Asarum and the possibility of molecular identification of Asarum. Methods PCR amplification, amplification product purification, sequencing, and then combined with the ITS sequence of other domestic Asarum plants were analyzed. Results The complete sequences of ITS and 5.8S rDNA of L. chinensis, F. arboreum and G. sinensis were obtained. The three original plants of G. sinensis formed a very stable and independent branch, of which the northern asarum and f. Xin forms another branch; there are differences in the ITS sequences of the 3 species of Asarum. Conclusion The three sources of Asarum are very closely related to each other. They are genetically based on the substitution of each other as a medicine. They support the fact that Asarum Aspergillum is a variant of Aspergillus japonicus, and the classification position of Asarum Asarum is uncertain. Seoul Asarum and Asarum The difference between the ITS sequences of Xin and Hua Xixin can be used as a basis for molecular identification.
