在科学技术高速发展的大背景下,国家高度重视大学创新人才培养和创新成果研发,构建和提高大学生创新团队的绩效,已经成为高校保持核心竞争优势的重要因素。从创新团队的概念、共享心理模型的理论、共享心理模型与创新团队的关系等三个方面,就创新团队共享心理模型的理论架构进行探讨。
Under the background of the rapid development of science and technology, the state attaches great importance to the cultivation of university innovative talents and the research and development of innovation achievements, and has constructed and improved the performance of the innovative team of university students. It has become an important factor for colleges and universities to maintain their core competitive advantages. From three aspects of the concept of innovation team, the theory of sharing psychology model, the relationship between sharing psychology model and innovation team, the theoretical framework of innovation team sharing psychology model is discussed.
