A brief review of the curriculum reform China’s basic education is facing the task of reforming from traditional exam-oriented education to modern education that will fully improve the quality of the people. The curriculum reform should focus on reflecting the training objectives and reform direction of basic education. According to the modern curriculum theory, any course is not a solid thing, but a constantly changing teaching medium. The curriculum reform has always been premised on the tremendous development of politics, economy, science and technology and the reform of the education system. From a worldwide perspective, curriculum reforms in ordinary secondary schools have begun as early as the 1960s.
