目的:分析胸腺肽(TP)对长期使用氢化可的松(HC)并致敏的小鼠免疫器官与免疫功能的影响。方法:16只C57BL小鼠随机分TP组、HC组与正常组。TP组与HC组小鼠肌肉注射HC0.5mg/d2周,用Hep2细胞致敏。TP组腹腔注射(腹注)TP10μg/d,HC组腹注NS,共6d。取胸腺和脾组织行光镜、电镜观察,测淋巴细胞毒试验、溶肿瘤细胞反应等指标。结果:TP能促HC致萎缩的胸腺、脾淋巴细胞增生,提高免疫活性细胞的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能。结论:TP能调整HC的免疫抑制作用,提高淋巴细胞免疫功能。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of thymosin (TP) on the immune organs and sensitization to long-term use of hydrocortisone (HC) in mice. Methods: Sixteen C57BL mice were randomly divided into TP group, HC group and normal group. TP group and HC group mice intramuscular injection HC0.5mg / d2 weeks, with Hep 2 cells sensitized. TP group intraperitoneal injection (abdominal) TP10μg / d, HC group abdominal injection of NS, a total of 6d. Take thymus and spleen tissue light microscope, electron microscopy, measured lymphocyte cytotoxicity test, tumor response and other indicators of tumor cells. Results: TP can promote HC-induced atrophy of thymus and spleen lymphocyte proliferation, and improve cellular immunity and humoral immunity of immunocompetent cells. Conclusion: TP can adjust the immunosuppressive effect of HC and improve the immune function of lymphocytes.
