1985年12月20日,冶金工业部对武钢的自动化部研制的带动态自动校零的微机皮带秤进行了技术鉴定。1989年推广应用在我厂铁合金电炉的原料配料线上运行至今。 几年来,我们不断地对微机皮带秤的机房、供电电源、微机外设、微机内部结构采取了必要的抗干扰措施和技术改进。现在,微机皮带秤完全适应铁合金电炉的大电流,强磁场场的恶劣条件下运行,同时,保证了入炉炉料的精度。据我们统计,由于使用了微机皮带秤,计量精度由原来人工配料±5%提高到现在0.5%,提高了冶炼铁合金产品的正品率。 但是,新技术的应用必然带来维护工作量和维护处理故障的难度。本文主要介绍如下几个故障和处理方法。

However, the application of new technologies inevitably leads to the maintenance workload and the difficulty of maintaining the fault. This article describes the following several faults and treatment methods.
