近年来,随着新闻节目的改革,新闻主播的表达方式也在发生变化,既庄重、严谨,又越来越人性化。而在新闻主播的培养过程中会产生一些问题,如学生在校期间学到的专业知识有限,以至于到用人单位无法适应新的媒体环境、不能胜任新闻主播的工作等。因此,文章针对高校新闻主播成长道路中产生的状况进行分析,并对其培养策略展开思考,提出了新的要求,以期培养出具有专业水准的新闻主播。 In recent years, with the reform of news programs, the expression style of news anchors is also changing, both solemn, rigorous, and more and more humane.
