从严格的意义上讲,“创新”一词是指要创造出前所未有的新事物的人类活动,并有成败之果。众多创新的相互联系和相互作用形成复杂的系统,称为创新系统。该文论及创新系统的结构、功能及其演化。强调元创新乃创新之创新,最能激发各类创新,尤其科技原始创新。在新时期里,在中华大地上要再创辉煌,必须在元创新层次上发生革命性的变化,才能导致中华民族协同创新。
In a strict sense, the term “innovation” refers to the human activity that creates new things that are never achieved before and has the result of success or failure. Numerous and innovative interrelations and interactions form a complex system called an innovation system. This paper discusses the structure, function and evolution of innovation system.
