目的建立闭环式输血信息管理系统,提高临床输血的实用性、安全性和可控性,提高工作效率。方法连接、整合输血信息管理系统与医院信息系统、实验室信息系统、医院不良事件报告系统,实现相关信息共享,将输血申请与审核、血清学相容性试验、血液发放、输注及输注后评价、输血不良事件报告等完整输血管理过程中的所有要素串联成一个环环相扣的工作流程,防止过程或要素遗漏,减少人为干预,使临床输血管理做到自动化、程序化、完整化。结果输血科工作效率和临床合理用血水平大幅提高,规范了输血过程,差错发生率明显降低,杜绝了输血安全事故的发生,确保临床用血安全。结论闭环式输血信息管理系统能有效提高医院的输血管理水平。
Objective To establish a closed-loop blood transfusion management system to improve the practicability, safety and controllability of clinical transfusion and improve work efficiency. Methods to connect and integrate blood transfusion information management system and hospital information system, laboratory information system and hospital adverse event reporting system, to realize the related information sharing, to apply and review transfusion, serological compatibility test, blood distribution, infusion and infusion Post-evaluation, transfusion adverse event reporting and other elements of a complete blood transfusion management process in series into a chain of work processes to prevent the omission of the process or elements, reducing human intervention, clinical management of blood transfusion to be automated, procedural, and complete . Results The working efficiency of blood transfusion department and the clinical reasonable use of blood level increased significantly, which regulated the process of blood transfusion and significantly reduced the incidence of errors, thus eliminating the occurrence of transfusion safety accidents and ensuring the safety of clinical blood use. Conclusion Closed loop blood transfusion information management system can effectively improve the hospital’s blood transfusion management.
