本文根据三峡电站水轮机转轮结构特点,结合材料的机械特性、焊接工艺的特殊要求及转轮在运行工况下常易出现的一些问题,分析拟定了切合实际的无损探伤方法并从探伤的专业角度解析了这些方法的必要性、合理性及可操作性。文章还重点介绍了大厚度变截面斜射波多角度综合探伤检查、高温状态下焊缝清根部位的磁粉探伤、渗透探伤技术,以及根部焊至一定厚度时所进行的纵波探伤技术。
According to the structural features of turbine runner of the Three Gorges Power Station, combined with the mechanical characteristics of the material, the special requirements of the welding process and some problems that often occur when the runner is in operating conditions, the paper analyzes and formulates the practical nondestructive testing methods Point of view of the necessity of these methods, rationality and operability. The article also mainly introduces the multi-angle synthetic flaw detection of large thickness variable cross-section oblique waves, the magnetic particle inspection at the clear root of the weld under high temperature, the penetrating flaw detection technique and the longitudinal wave flaw detection technology when the root is welded to a certain thickness.
